Freeze-drying equipment consists of freeze-drying box and cold trap, applying in freeze drying of biological and pharmaceutical products. Freeze drying is a kind of technology which applies the theory of sublimation to drying ,which is to freeze the material quickly to the triple point temperature below, and then in the proper vacuum environment, to make the frozen water molecules directly sublimate into water vapor and then escape .
Freeze-drying box uses the square structure, the capacity utilization is high, the casing clapboard can be wholly removed so that it is easy to clean ; Cold trap adopts cylindrical structure, internal adopts more sets of coil . The oil medium is refrigerants . It makes sublimated water vapor condense into ice outside the coil surface . The coil tube has strong ability of capturing the ice and improves the ability of the whole equipment of freeze-drying. |
